The law
What does a Supplement Facts panel have to show?
Federal rules require every dietary supplement to carry a Supplement Facts panel. It lists the serving size, each dietary ingredient and its amount, or a named blend with its total weight (FDA, Labeling guide).
For Breathizen, none was published. We have not seen one in the pack shots or on the sales page.
| Panel item | What Breathizen shows |
|---|---|
| Serving size | 4 pumps (0.60 mL), from the sales page |
| Servings per container | Sold as a 30-day supply |
| Each ingredient and amount | Not published |
| Blend name and total weight | Not published |
| Plant part used | Leaf (mullein), root (ginger), fruit body (cordyceps) |
| Other ingredients | Not published |
A legal bottle should carry this panel. If yours does not, call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 before you use it.
Cap question
Is Breathizen a spray or a dropper bottle?
The sales page sells it as an oral spray. The brand's own pack shots, though, show a black dropper-style cap.
We cannot tell which closure ships today. Use the bottle the way its own directions say.
Do not guess a dose. The sales page directions are 4 pumps (0.60 mL) once a day. Call the order desk and ask how to measure that amount with the cap you received.
Either way, it is a liquid you take by mouth. It is not a nasal spray and not "drops" for the nose.
Front badges
What do the front label claims really mean?
Three phrases sit on the front. All three are marketing, not test results.
Supports Clear Breathing
A general wellness phrase. No study of Breathizen backs it. It does not mean the spray treats any breathing condition.
Natural Lung Support
"Natural" has no legal test for supplements. The liquid base is not even listed, so the word cannot be checked.
Fast-Acting Spray
No timing data was published. A spray format is quick to take, but that is not the same as working fast.
The FTC expects health claims to rest on solid science, usually human trials (FTC, Health claims). The FDA does not review supplement claims before sale (FDA, Supplement Q&A).

Order nowWhen it arrives
What should you check on the bottle you receive?
Read the back label
Look for the Supplement Facts panel, other ingredients, warnings and the maker or distributor.
Find the lot number
It is usually printed on the bottom or back. Write it down with your order ID.
Check the best-before date
Do not use a bottle past its date or with a smudged date.
Inspect the seal
A broken or missing seal is a reason to call before you spray.
Badges
What do the Breathizen quality badges mean?
They are brand badges, not certificates. The sales page shows ten, including Made in USA, GMP, Non-GMO and Doctor formulated.
- No certifier or audit is named for GMP or Non-GMO
- "Doctor formulated" names no doctor
- "Guaranteed pure" comes with no lab report
- An FDA-registered facility is not FDA approval of the product (FDA, Approval myths)
The full list, badge by badge, is on our testing and quality page. To match your bottle to an order, use batch verify.
Our take
Breathizen label: what is clear and what is missing
Clear
- Product name, bottle size and "Dietary Supplement" are plain
- Five ingredients are named on the sales page
- Simple directions: shake, 4 pumps, once a day
- Sales page warning covers asthma, COPD and blood pressure medicine
Missing
- No Supplement Facts panel or amounts
- No other ingredients or allergen statement
- Dropper cap in photos, spray in the directions
- Badges name no certifier, lab or doctor
Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have a medical condition, especially if you take medication for asthma, COPD or high blood pressure. Never cut back an inhaler or controller medicine because of a supplement. Interactions are listed under side effects.
FAQ
Breathizen label FAQ
What does the Breathizen Supplement Facts panel list?
None has been published, so we cannot say. The pack shots show only the front of the bottle, and the sales page names ingredients without amounts. Look for the panel on the back of the bottle you receive, and call the order desk if it is missing.
Where are the lot number and best-before date on Breathizen?
They are not visible in the pack shots we have. On most supplement bottles they are stamped on the bottom or printed on the back label. Write both down when your order arrives. Lot B-26/BR-7827 is a seller reference code, not proof of lab testing.
Why are there images of other herbs on the Breathizen sales page?
The sales page has a separate section for a different product. Herb photos shown there are not Breathizen ingredients. Breathizen names only five: mullein leaf, ginger root, bromelain, organic lemon and organic Cordyceps militaris. If a website lists other herbs, it is mixing up products.
Does Breathizen come with a dropper or a spray pump?
The sales page describes a spray, but the brand photos show a dropper-style cap. Follow the directions printed on the bottle you get. If they do not explain how to measure 4 pumps, or 0.60 mL, call +1 (302) 200-3480 before your first dose.
What does Fast-Acting Spray mean on the Breathizen label?
It is a marketing phrase. No study timing Breathizen's effects has been published, so the label gives no number of minutes or days. The spray is quick to take, which is a real convenience, but quick to take is different from quick to work.
Is the Doctor formulated badge backed by a named doctor?
No doctor is named anywhere we can see, on the label, the sales page or the brand graphics. Treat it as a design element. A named formulator with credentials would be easy to check, and that information is simply missing.
What size is a Breathizen bottle?
The front label says 2 oz / 60 ml. The sales page sells each bottle as a 30-day supply at 4 pumps a day. If you want to confirm how many days your bottle lasts, the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 can answer.
